RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Most Outlaw Ragz apparel and accessories are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we'll work to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Sizing

Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the incorrect size was ordered.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant-access downloads, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they're placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
